01. Do You Charge On An Hourly Basis?
Yes. We provide a call out charge and that includes labour needed on site.If any parts are needed Then we will first quote before proceeding any further. Our charges are on 15 minute blocks and Due to our comprehensive experience we get repairs done quicker and thereby costing you less.
02. Where Are Your Technicians Based?
Our technical engineers would work right from your site. Printer Doctor can repair your equipment on-site. A call out charge may apply if machine is return to base warranty
03. Are Your Technicians Certified?
Yes, all our technical engineers are certified and extensively factory trained by the printer manufacturers.
04. How Long Will It Take To Get Your Service?
If you get in touch with us in the morning via a phone call, we will repond to your inquiry on that day itself. However, if you get in touch with us via email or sometime later in the day, we may make it out that day if possible and if not then we will be on site the very next day unless it’s an emergency.we do have urgent callout rates if needed.
05. What Are The Payment Methods That You Accept?
We at Printer Doctor accept cheque, cash, online orders and Credit Cards like Visa, American Express and Master Card. However, if you want to pay with a credit card and your total bill amount is quite large, in that case we may charge a small percentage for covering up the credit card charge expenses of our company. Any charge like this will be discussed with you before billing.
